This would cover a 3-month spend period, to account for things like paid advertising on Basescan, promo campaigns with Web3 Media, paid articles on Cointelegraph, and other such expenses.
Spending will be prudent, with all deal details documented in this thread.
To limit the price impact of swapping AAA to USDC, we will use TWAPs.
Done over a 3-month period, the effect should be minimal.
